大众报业集团(大众日报社)是以中共山东省委机关报——大众日报为旗帜和核心、报刊种类齐全、宣传力量强大、经济实力雄厚、产业功能完备的社会主义现代化报业集团。集团拥有大众日报、农村大众、齐鲁晚报、生活日报、鲁中晨报、半岛都市报、经济导报、大众电脑报、青年记者、小记者八报两刊及一个网站——大众网。
大众日报创刊于1939年1月1日,是山东省最具权威性、指导性的大型综合性日报。现为对开八版,日发行量40多万份,在全国省级党报中居前列。
半个多世纪以来,伴随着山东人民前进的步伐,大众日报社走过了辉煌的里程。面对报业飞速发展的形势,大众日报社转变观念,开拓进取,确立了“政治家办报,系列报带动,企业化管理,集团化发展”的整体战略。新闻报道上,始终坚持正确舆论导向,充分发挥党报战斗力,推出的一系列重大报道在社会上产生强烈反响。报社的经营生产全面步入市场经济轨道,房地产、新闻物资贸易、计算机软件开发、广告、新闻图片、信息网络等多种产业迅猛发展,经营规模和经济效益都上了一个新台阶,为报社事业发展提供了坚实的基础,报社的经济实力已跃居全国省区党报前列。
随着报业集团的成立,大众报人二次创业活动掀起了高潮。集团确定的发展目标是,集中力量突出办好大众日报,坚持正确的舆论导向,扩大读者群和影响力,同时大力发展子报刊、网站等媒体,形成多门类、全方位、多媒体、综合性的强大舆论集团和报业经济集团。现在,全体职工正在集团党委、编委会领导下,发扬艰苦奋斗、敬业拼搏、无私奉献、开拓创新的精神,向着办一流报纸,带一流队伍、建一流设施、创一流实体的目标奋进。
Brief Introduction of Dazhong News Group
As CPC Shandong Provincial Party committees organ, with Dazhong Daily at the core, Dazhong News Group (Dazhong Daily Agency) is a newspaper group with a variety of newspapers and periodicals, powerful propagate strength, rich economic strength, and complete industrial function.
Dazhong News Group owns eight newspapers, two periodicals and a website: they are Dazhong Daily, The Rural Dazhong Daily, The Qilu Evening News, Life Daily, The Mid-Shandong Morning News, Peninsula City News, Economic Herald, City Sun, The Youth Journalist, Junior Reporter, and Dazhong Net (dzwww.com).
Dazhong Daily started its publication on January 1, 1939. Now it is a large-scale comprehensive daily newspaper with leading authority and guidance in Shandong Province. The daily circulation of Dazhong Daily is over 400,000 copies, which occupies the front row among provincial party newspapers.
Over half a century, accompanied with advancing paces of Shandong People, Dazhong Daily walks through a glorious course. Facing to the situation that the media industry is developing at full speed, Dazhong News Group converts ideas and keeps forging ahead. It establishes the integral strategy of "politicians run newspaper, series newspapers push forward, enterprise management, group development", adheres to the correct guiding role of the mass media in reporting all the time, gives full play to the fighting power of the party paper, introduces a series of crucial reports with strong social effects. The management and production of Dazhong News Group steps into the track of market economy all-sidedly. Many kinds of industries, such as real estate, trade of news material, software development, advertising, news photos, information network, etc., develop rapidly.
